Our vision is

A World without Masks

where we can be who we are
rather than who we think we should be

The Story of Upbuild
Begins in a Monastery.

On our quest to understand ourselves more deeply, we recognized it is our attachment to our egos — our identities — that gets in the way of being our true selves. Upbuild specializes in understanding the ego. We help you better understand your inner world – the motivations, insecurities, and emotions that affect your every action and relationship.

We are two former monks, a former startup founder/CEO, and a former managing director at an investment bank who all met in a Manhattan monastery. We are passionate about sharing what we’ve learned and continue to learn with individuals and organizations whose paths we're fortunate to cross.

More About Us

In Their Words

The Upbuild team has become a critical, trusted partner and advisor to me, my co-founder, and my team. They have helped us discover truths behind our motivations, the underlying drivers of our behaviors, and the cascading productive and unproductive impact those behaviors have on our team and our company at large. They are brilliant, thoughtful, inspiring, and enlightening – and they care deeply about us and our professional and personal success. We are very grateful that they continue to help us become an even more cohesive, effective, and efficient leadership team that is able to lead ServiceTitan to create an even greater impact on this world.
